Self Survey for Urinary Incontinence....

Summary

If you (or your loved) one answered “yes” to any of the survey questions, you could be experiencing urinary incontinence. So, talk to your doctor about treatment options that may be appropriate for your specific situation. Every individual is unique, and the treatment for each situation may be different.

Your doctor can refer you to the LifeAssessSM Program at Holy Redeemer if you qualify. The professionals within Holy Redeemer Home Care's interdisciplinary team provide treatment options for urinary incontinence.  Working closely with your doctor, we provide recommendations and rehabilitation based upon the results of our specially designed screening tool.

The interdisciplinary teams include nurses who specialize in continence and mental health, as well as social workers, physical and occupational therapists, and home health aides. By offering intervention, we are able to help people gain more control of their lives and to avoid the embarrassment of urinary incontinence.
